The questions buyers actually ask
Four, in any colony — ours included. The colony approval from Town & Country Planning, with its number on it. The title papers, with every transfer in the chain accounted for. The diversion order, proving the land is legally residential. And fresh khasra and khatauni with the seller's name on them. For every plot we sell, all four sit in that plot's file at our office. Ask for the file; if any seller will not show you theirs, treat that as your answer.
