The short version
We collect the details you give us so that we can respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, complete a property transaction. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with other developers or brokers, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
If you would like your data removed at any point, email tatlptrade@gmail.com and we will delete it, subject only to records we are legally required to retain.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and a small amount gathered automatically when you browse the site.
- Details you submit through our forms: name, mobile number, email address, and anything you write in a message
- Site-visit preferences: the property, date and time slot you select
- Transaction records where you proceed to purchase, including identity and financial documents required by law
- Basic technical data: pages visited, approximate location by IP, browser and device type
How we use it
Your contact details are used to respond to you, arrange site visits, share property documentation, and coordinate with lenders where you have asked us to. If you complete a purchase, we use your information to prepare agreements, complete registration formalities and meet our statutory reporting obligations.
We use aggregate technical data to understand which pages are useful and which are not. This is analysed in aggregate and is not used to build a profile of you individually.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where it is necessary to do what you have asked of us, or where the law requires it.
- Lenders and financial institutions, only where you have asked us to coordinate a loan on your behalf
- Our legal and documentation partners, for title verification and registration
- Government authorities, where required for registration, RERA filings or tax reporting
- Service providers who host this website and deliver our email, under confidentiality obligations
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details to other developers, brokers, or data brokers. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not explicitly join. We do not use your enquiry with us as a lead to be resold.
This is stated plainly because the opposite is common practice in this industry, and we would like you to be able to point at this paragraph if we ever fall short of it.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary for it to function — for example, remembering whether you prefer the light or dark theme. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it entirely. You can also withdraw consent for us to contact you, and unsubscribe from any email we send in a single click.
